THE VODKA BAR

(Suitable for 50-150 guests)

The decadent bar is both glamorous and sexy. Situated behind the Social wine bar it is perfect for you to impress and entertain your friends whilst celebrating your occasion. Please contact us for menu and platter costs. Conditions and minimum spends apply to this exclusive area for both Friday and Saturday Nights.

THE MEZZ – PRIVATE DINING
(Available for  40 guests standing or 25 guests private dining)

Overlooking the Social’s restaurant, this intimate space is perfect for a more personalized function. As well as our intimate cocktail Party’s, we offer an exclusive private dining experience, with private Bar and personal service teamed with a custom Chef’s menu for your choice of two, three or more courses. The Mezz is sure to impress.                  Conditions apply to this exclusive area.

NIGHTCLUB
(Holds up to 200+ guests)

The premier nightclub on the peninsula offers you an exclusive entertainment venue perfect for 21sts, 30ths and corporate events. Having housed such great DJ’s as John Course, Grant Smilie, Timmy Trumpet and Hook n Sling. The Bay nightclub will provide you with the ultimate night club experience.

KING’S AREA
[Holds up to 20 guests]

In the heart of the Social you’ll be right at home in an area fit for a King. Covered in red velvet and roses this area is perfect for small and intimate cocktail gatherings and hens nights.

If you wish for us to customize your party or have something special in mind, we are more than happy to cater for your personal needs.

ENTERTAINMENT

We provide a basic sound system of which CD’s and iPod’s can be played on or our own in-house music.

 FOOD & DRINK

• Menus will need to be submitted no later than 14 days before the function with confirmed numbers
• As we are a fully licensed venue, there is to be no BYO food or alcohol brought into the hotel with the exception of providing your own celebratory cake
• All drinks are at bar prices. If you would like to set up a bar tab please notify us a week before to ensure that we can supply the appropriate stock

DECORATIONS

• The Bay Hotel provides candles for the duration of the function.
• If you wish to bring your own decorations, please discuss with function coordinator for suitability of colour scheme and placement
• If you require flower arrangements, package prices range from $50 to $150
